York County Transportation Authority is offering this 2001 Gillig Low Floor Metropolitan bus for sale.  Bus was taken out of service in January, 2020 and has since had misc items removed. This bus has the original Cummins ISC engine and Allison B500R transmission.  Bus was a daily runner prior to taking it out of service, this bus has a LIFTU lift.     Includes 5 spare rims and 1 spare tire.  Body is in poor condition.  Front and rear A/C was working at the time the bus was removed from service. This bus is being sold as-is, where-is.  No warranties or guarantees.   The successful bidder must pay for and remove bus within 7 days of close of auction, no exceptions.  We are not a storage facility.  If you are the high bidder and do not remove the bus within 7 days, you will be assessed a storage fee.  Successful bidder must also transfer title on the day of pickup, no exceptions.  Vehicle is at our York facility.
