Buyer will recieve a Bill of Sale as there is no Title.
The purchase price shall be paid by the high bidder and the item shall be picked up immediately or within a reasonable time after the conclusion of the electronic auction, such time period not to exceed thirty(30) days. Item shall be paid for by money order, or cashiers check within 3 business days from the end of auction. Failure to pick up the item within (30) days shall result in the item being forfeited, with no refunds given. Item is being sold as is with all sales being final upon approval of the bid by the Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority (LNAA). Pre-bid inspection of item is recommended. There are no warranties expressed or implied and no refunds of any kind will be made. The LNAA reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
