The successful bidder must submit a personal check, cashier's check or money order in the full amount bid payable to the Town of Danvers prior to pickup of the mower to the Purchasing Department at Danvers Town Hall, One Sylvan Street, Danvers, MA attention Judy Smith - contact jsmith@danversma.gov - The successful bidder must complete a non collusion form and tax form, attached, prior to the pick up of the vehicle. The successful bidder shall remove the item within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. The buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the vehicle. Delivery not available. The Town of Danvers is not responsible for the vehicle once it leaves Town property. This item will be sold as is.

this vehicle has 131,470 miles. The engine is a 7.3 V-8 Diesel that starts and runs. The transmission is in good condition; the interior is in good condition; the exterior is in good condition. The front suspension is good, but the rear suspension is very poor and repairs are needed. The tires are good. Inspection sticker expired in October of 2018.
