Item is being sold "As Is Where Is" with no warranty, written or implied. Buyer is responsible for removing the item from the Whitpain Township Public Works Yard. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to make arrangements to inspect the item at the Public Works yard prior to bidding. The successful bidder must pay with cash or certified check and remove the item within 10 days of the auction ending. Arrangements to inspect the item can be made by contacting Tom Farzetta at 610-277-2400 ext 321 Monday thru Friday between 7:00am and 4:00pm. Buyer is responsible for all fees, taxes, title and tags. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
