Item Description
The Franklin DPW is auctioning off a lot of six (6) used snow plows. The units were purchased new and have been routinely serviced and repaired throughout the years in use.
Please be advised that all equipment is being auctioned off in as is condition and that there are no implied warranties or of merchantability and /or operability included with any equipment sold by the Town of Franklin. Bidder will have ten (10) business days to make payment and remove items from Town property. If no payment made in 10 business days, High bidder will forfeit their bid, then Town of Franklin will offer to second high bidder and so on. All equipment is sold as is where as no warranties expressed or guaruntees implied.
