The unit has a 1,500 gallon-per-minute pump. It has not been maintained nor tested in at least 4 years. It is in mechanically and body-shape "poor" condition. It has a cracked front windshield and while it is believed it is able to be started, it does not steer and cannot be driven off the lot. Must be towed.
