2007 Dodge Charger Police Interceptor

5.7-liter HEMI v8 (370 horsepower and 395 pound-feet of torque)

Factory Dual Exhaust.

Inspected until 08/2021

120665 miles (may increase, as the vehicle may still be used occasionally for administrative duties).

Tinted Windows.

Keyless Entry.

Air Conditioning.

AM/FM/CD.

Automatic Transmission with OD.

Currently, the vehicle is outfitted with a spotlight and some emergency lighting equipment.  That equipment will be removed unless the buyer will be an Emergency Responder or Agency (however we will still need to discuss this with the auction winner).

The vehicle is also outfitted with a Police center console for emergency equipment, a long gun rack, and a prisoner cage with a hard prisoner seat (no cushioned seat included).

The vehicle does run and drive and is currently inspected. The vehicle does not have any mechanical issues that we are aware of (no warning lights on the dash).

Vehicle History: 

This car was a marked patrol vehicle for the first few of years of service.  After that, it was stripped of its lightbar and markings and used as the Chief's vehicle at its original Police Department. Approximately 5 years ago, our Police Department acquired this vehicle from the original department for use as the Chief's unmarked/take-home vehicle.  When the Chief acquired a newer unmarked SUV, this vehicle was used as an admin car with occasional patrol duties.  This vehicle runs and drives well for its age and mileage.

CONS:

The vehicle does have rust in the area where the rear door jam meets the rear quarter panel and rockers (see photos).

The vehicle is located at the Police Department and can be seen (where it rests) at any time.  The vehicle will not be moved from Township property until the sale is final.  Appointment requests can be made with Officer Hanna (610)326-8446 EXT #308 for closer examination/inspection (on-site) of the vehicle.

Winning Bidder MUST make payment arrangements within 24hours of winning the bid.

Winning Bidder MUST also provide own registration plate and insurance, if the vehicle is to be driven from the property, or else the vehicle must be towed away.
