20 Pallets of Used Computer/Electronic Equipment - DSS2482(#4)

This auction is for twenty (20) skids of assorted used computers (120 desktop/tower and 30 laptops) and computer related equipment, primarily monitors ( 5 pallets of 50 monitors each), CPU's and printers. Mix can include fax machines, servers, mainframe components, routers, switches, telcomm equipment, and an assortment of keyboards, mice, cables, and other electronic and computer related components. This Lot contains 120 Desktop/Tower computers: A mix of OptiPlex 7010, 7090, 7012, 3500, 9010,790 etc.; 30 laptops: a mix of Latitudes 5400, 5423, 5412, 790, 910, 710 etc. All hard drives have been removed and are not included. Pictures do not show all angles of the lot, PLEASE INSPECT. 

The equipment is being offered as ONE LOT. Everything is palletized and wrapped, ready for loading onto a 48' trailer or 40' sea container. Most pallets stacked 4'-5' high, and pallets may contain mixed product. Nothing has been tested. Exact numbers/inventory not available. This lot can be inspected by calling the B.O.S.S. warehouse (see inspection information below).

Besides the hard drives, a portion (% unknown) of the CPU's may not have memory, mounting brackets, wire ribbons, or other internal parts that were removed by the owning agency prior to delivery to the warehouse.

Removal

The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including special packing, loading and transportation of the property. Trailer height loading dock at the facility. On site staff will load palletized assets with forklift as appropriate. Winning bidder WILL NOT be allowed to use and State motorized MHE.

Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding.

Some of the pallets in the lot may have items that exceed the footprint of the pallet. In these cases, all 20 pallets may not fit in a 40’ shipping container. If a winning bidder dispatches a 40’ container, and all 20 pallets do not fit, the warehouse WILL NOT re-palletize. The winning bidder will have to accept only what fits, or accept product from the pallets that do not fit as loose loaded at the end of the container or on top of palletized product already loaded.

Except for the actual computer (desktop, tower and laptops) which are inventoried by quantity, the quantity of other items in the Lot are not recorded and are not readily apparent. 

This lot is being offered for sale "AS IS - WHERE IS". No guarantees or warranties. Assets may contain defects not readily apparent by visual inspection.

PLEASE NOTE: The Department of Treasury will be complying with all the social distancing measures set in place at the time of inspection or pick-up. Masks are required. Anyone picking up or inspecting equipment must also adhere to the measures set in the place by the Governor of New Jersey. Thank You!
