This vehicle is being retired from the City of Sanford Maine's Public Works Department. There are oil leaks at both exhaust manifolds, engine oil cooler is soaked in oil, the turbo has oil in it. The hydraulic boom failed inspection due to hydraulic lines with cracks. Failed a dielectric test. There are 130,942 miles on this vehicle.
