Police vehicle has very low mileage of 16,385. Valid inspection sticker until April 2021. Vehicle purchased new in 2008. Vehicle is in very good condition due to limited usage when we could afford police coverage. Vehicle is equipped with emergency light bar, security cage, police radio, Equipment will remain with vehicle if sold to another police Department. If purchased by an individual all police equipment will be removed before vehicle is taken. Vehicle sold "as is " condition. Buyer is responsible for paying all transfer and title fees, taxes, and other costs. Vehicle does not have any tears or stains. Power windows and power door locks. Front seats are cloth and back seats are leather. Gray interior. Buyer is reponsponsible for transporting vehicle to their destination. Payment must be made in full within 5 days upon being notified of the winning award. Payment must be made by either Certified check or Money order". All bids will be reviewed and awarded on December 3rd at 7 PM during council regular meeting to the highest qualified bidder. Notice of the award will be posted at the Borough office and on our website at www.BolivarBorough.com on the next business day. The Borough reserves the right to reject all bids.
All bidders may set up an appointment to inspect the vehicle by contacting Patricia Betts at 571-238-5190. Vehicle is located at the Borough office at 622 Washington Street, Bolivar PA. Office hours are Tuesdays and Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM.
