All items will be sold on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. Your only guarantee is the physical inspection of the equipment/products prior to bidding. There shall be no warranty, express or implied, and no refunds of any kind shall be made. Payment in full is due at time of removal. Acceptable forms of payment are cash and certified check or Checks from Fire Companies, made out to Strausstown Volunteer Fire Co Relief . All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of SVFCs award of successful bid or they become property of SVFC once again. Fire Co personnel may be available to assist (but is not a guarantee) in the loading of successful purchases, but they will not be responsible or assist in the tying down of the equipment/products purchased.
