Aurus-Andritz Belt Press with associated equipment and spare parts.

The belt press has not been in operation since 2011. It was in working condition at that time but may need rehabilitation for future use depending on the use and expectations. 

The successful bidder will be responsible for the disassembly, rigging, removal and transportation of the press. Removal of the press from the building must be accomplished without any damage to the building. It should be noted that the area in which the press is being removed is adjacent tothe existing dewatering operation and the successful bidder must work with the Town to insure uninterrupted operation of that operation. The Town will disconnect all electrical, pneumatics, and plumbing, including sludge piping. The conveyors will be moved out of the way as will any of the temporary walls to facilitate removal. 

****The conveyor used for cake removal or any of the associated pumps are not part of this bid.

The winning bidder shall provide a general liability policy with limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate, naming the Town as additional insured.
