Once bidding is final and closed, the bid will be subject to consideration and approval by New Hope Borough Council’s at a subsequent Borough Council meeting. New Hope Borough Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Seller makes no warranty, guarantee, expressed or implied. All sales are final.
Buyer is responsible for all auction costs, title transfer costs associated with the sale of the vehicles and/or equipment, including any applicable sales tax. Buyer responsible for all costs associated to transport the vehicle.
Accepted method of payment is Certified or Cashier’s Check, payable to New Hope Borough, upon acceptance of the successful bid.
Buyer is responsible for transportation of their awarded items. New Hope Borough will not provide transportation assistance.
Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, via the contact information above. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate/Confirmation Email, unless otherwise agreed upon.
If car is to be titled in Pennsylvania, transfer of title MUST BE PERFORMED prior to vehicle pick-up. A Borough representative will accompany the Buyer to local Tags Services vendor.
