Double wide office trailer with lavatory facility. 1995  Buyer must provide licenced contractors to disconnect water, sewer, electric, & hvac. Must file for all permits at buyer expense.  Buyer must provide licenced building contractor to seperate trailers on property.  Trailers currently do not have any axles, rims, trailer tounge or tires.  Some wood rot does exist.  Buyer must also take all current contents of trailer.  i.e. file cabinets, desks, trash, etc. Buyer is not permitted to leave any debris behind & no personnel will be provided to assist with work.
