2012 Dodge Charger 5.7L V-8 Police Package. Black, Automatic transmission. 99,131 as of 3/15/21.  Car is in service until 4/1/21 so the mileage will increase.

Maintenance records are available for the vehicle.  Runs good, serviced every 4,000 miles.  The car is complete with lights, siren, cage, console and window guards.  Vehicle sold "AS IS". 

Persons wishing to inspect the equipment should contact the Township Highway Department at (814) 949-3355, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm. Service records are available upon request.  The Township makes no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever. 

Bids will be accepted from Monday March 22. 2021 at 8:30 a.m. until Tuesday April 6, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. The successful bid will be awarded at the Logan Township Board of Supervisors meeting, Thursday April 8, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.  Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Logan Township within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash or cashiers check. The successful bidder must pick up the vehicle at the Logan Township Municipal Building Highway Garage building within 15 days (15) days of the awarding of the bid.

The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.
