2000 Chevy Impala Detective Car

2000 Chevy Impala, is equiped with some emergency lights.  VIN #2G1WF55E6Y9376044.  Has approx. 109,000 miles on it.

The vehicle is in need of brakes lines, rear brakes n rotors, front wheel bearing n hub assembly, and the air conditioning system needs to replaced too.  The heater works good.  The vehicle will not start.  I have detailed service records for vehicle as well.
