The vehicle is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. The Town of Millville makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the condition, operability, performance, remaining useful life, capacity, or fitness for any particular purpose of the vehicle.
Bidders are responsible for conducting their own inspection and evaluation of the vehicle prior to placing a bid. Failure to inspect the equipment shall not constitute grounds for withdrawal of a bid or cancellation of the sale.
The successful bidder is responsible for all costs associated with removal, loading, transportation, repair, refurbishment, testing, installation, or other work related to the vehicle following purchase.
The buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to remove vehicle from the premises. The Town will not provide transportation or shipping.
