Pocopson Township, as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Mower is being sold on an “As Is” basis.  

Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due no later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder

This mower is scheduled to be awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting on April 26, 2021; however, the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. 

Pickup will be made at the Public Works Garage at 1440 Lenape Road, West Chester, PA, 19382

Payment Instructions:  The successful bidder shall make payment in the form of cash, cashier's check, certified check, or money order, made payable to Pocopson Township.
