Cumberland County, as seller, disclaims any warranty/guarantees, implied or expressed, vehicle/item is being sold “AS IS”. Bidders must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form binding contract as a buyer.
Payment in full must be made within 5 business days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or the County reserves the right to relist the item or award to the second highest bidder.
