How can you possibly go wrong!?!? What we have here is a fully functioning, 2 ton HVAC (heat, air, ventilation) unit in excellent condition, set up and ready to go. This unit is complete with many new parts and all current maintenance updated. I removed it from operation on 2/19/21, it was servicing over 2,000 sq. ft. and it could handle much more. I replaced this and one other unit on my commercial building and this one is in excellent shape so I decided to sell it outright.
It is a complete 2 ton unit, 220V - 1Ph, Natural Gas fired. The blower and heat exchanger are new, It does not come with a thermostat (you can buy them for $20.00 at Lowe's) but all the wiring is intact and ready to go. It has been designed to be installed outdoors on a slab or on a roof. it is an energy efficient unit, probably with another 10 or so years left in it. We had really good luck with it, it's been very reliable.
I've posted a bunch of pictures and it can be seen in person if you call and make arrangements.
