Payment in the full amount will be due when vehicle is picked up from the Township Garage. In the form of United States cash dollars or certified check made payable to the Township of Moon.
Vehicle will be sold "as is" and "where is", with no implied warranties. It will be the responsibility of the successful bidder to remove the apparatus from the Township of Moon with in 10 business of the award.Payment in full must be in certified funds (US Dollars), cash or certified check made payable to the Township of Moon, before the vehicle is removed from the Township. The successful bidder is responsible for all costs associated with the transfer of vehicle title before the vehicle is removed from Township property. A Notary will be selected by Moon Township. The Township of Moon reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any minor informalities associated with the bidding process.
