York County Transportation Authority is offering this 2013 Ford E-450 for auction. Van was taken out of service in 2020 and has been sitting. Engine will not crank or start. Batteries appear to be dead, but uncertain. Uncertain if the vehicle will move under its own power due to no-start condition. This van has the original V10 6.8L gasoline engine and transmission. Body is in poor condition. A/C was working at the time the van was removed from service. The wheel chair lift has been removed from the vehicle. The driver side convex mirror is missing. Other misc. items have been removed from the vehicle. This van is being sold as-is, where-is. No warranties or guarantees. The successful bidder must pay for and remove bus within 7 days of close of auction, no exceptions. This van may need to be towed from its current location. In person inspection is recommended. Please do not bid if you are not prepared to have the vehicle towed at your expense. We are not a storage facility. If you are the high bidder and do not remove the van within 7 days, you will be assessed a storage fee. Successful bidder must also transfer title on the day of pickup, no exceptions. Vehicle is at our York County parking lot.
