The Borough of Tullytown is selling a 2016 Ford Explorer former police vehicle with 91,262 miles. This vehicle was purchased new and used for police services and was well maintained. It is driveable off lot. Tullytown Borough, as seller, disclaims any warranty/guarantees, implied or expressed, vehicle/item is being sold “AS IS”. Bidders must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form binding contract as a buyer.
Payment in full must be made within 5 business days from the time and date of the Notice of Award or Tullytown Borough reserves the right to award to the second highest bidder.
The successful bidder will make payment to the Borough of Tullytown 500 Main Street Tullytown, Pa 19007 in the form of cash, or cashier’s check, made payable to Borough of Tullytown during normal business hours Monday-Friday 8 am – 3:00 pm. Credit card payments can be made in person or over the phone (note: additional fees applied to credit card payments).
The Borough of Tullytown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.
