 The steel frame and shell of the building and everything attached is included in the sale of this building(Lights, doors, stairs, electrical panel.) (Not the Concrete).  The foundation (concrete) rear walls of this storage building have failed deeming the building structurally unsafe. The power has been removed from the building and the water shut off. If you would like to see the building please contact the Public Works Superintendent Devin Groff at 223-221-7523.   

The winner of this bid must meet the following,

Provide Proof of liability Insurance of whom is removing the building from the property.  

The structure must be removed within 90 days of the bid end date.  

Comply with the Township working hours and noise ordinance. 10pm to 7am.
