2006 BMW, Mdl# X3, Utility, 4-dr. 6-Cyl., Color Blue.  Former detectives vehicle in generally poor condition: needs rear drive shaft replaced, right rear axle and ABS sensor needs to be replaced, needs left rear window regulator replaced, it may need the transfer case replaced, has engine oil leaks and has numerous check engine light activations.  

Vehicle is being sold "as is" with no express or implied warranties.  The Town of Bridgewater Police Department reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason at anytime.  

Successful bidder is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer, registration, licensing and pick-up.  Successful bidder must also sign required non-collision form, M.G.L. 30B, must provide certified bank check for total amount of bid, and and remove vehicle within [7] days of close of auction.  Vehicle is located in Bridgewater Ma.
