Approximately 430 Used Law Books placed in 22 boxes-DSS2525

This auction is for approx. 430 used law books in approx. 22 boxes. The books are considered to be in good to fair condition. These books are a set of New Jersey Superior Report Books (approx. 20 books from set are missing). The books are currently located on the lower level in the East Wing of the Monmouth County Courthouse. The purchaser would be required to move the boxes, using a hand truck or cart. Please note all the books must be picked up the same day – however it may require multiple trips to and from vehicle to load books due to the number of boxes.   Pick up date and schedule must be adhered to.                       

Removal Instructions:

The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder. ALL BOOKS MUST BE REMOVED BY WEDNESDAY, JUNE 9, 2021

Physical inspection of the property is highly encouraged and recommended. There may be missing items/parts that were removed before turning the item into the surplus property unit. There are no refunds!
