Relatively low mileage police car (interceptor) used to police a small borough. It has a dead battery, but I'm told it can be jump started. It also has steering issues (maintenance supervisor thinks the hydraulic pump is fine so he thinks the issue may be the rack & pinion). It has lights and a cage, but our police chief says they will be removed unless the buyer is a municipality. If the buyer is a constable, the cage can stay. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, transfer fees, etc. Police decals are removed.
