Gled Hill Spreader

Payment Instructions:

The successful bidder shall make payment to Delaware Township Mercer County in the form of cashier's check or money order, made payable to “Delaware Township” Mercer County 53 Oniontown Road, Greenville, PA 16125.

Delaware Township, Mercer County, as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.  The spreader is offered for sale "AS IS".

Bidders must be at least 18 of age and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers.  Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between bidder and Township.  Payment in full is due no later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the notice of award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder.  The successful bidder shall make payment to Delaware Township, Mercer County in the form of a cashier's check or money order made payable to “Delaware Township” Mercer County, 53 Oniontown Road, Greenville, PA 16125.  The successful bidder shall remove the spreader within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment.  Please note, upon removal of the property all sales are final.  Refunds will not be given for the spreader if not picked up by the deadline.  Delaware Township reserves the right to reject any bids received and to award to the vendor of its choice.

Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the spreader.  Delivery is NOT available.  Delaware Township is not responsible for the spreader once it has left Township’s property.

The spreader may be picked up at the Delaware Township building located at 53 Oniontown Road, Greenville, PA 16125.

The bid will be awarded at the regularly scheduled meeting scheduled on June 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Office located at 53 Oniontown Road, Greenville, PA 16125.

Serial #73725 - The spreader is off an International truck which is for sale on Municibid at #35806002.
