The Lycoming County District Attorney's office is offering for sale a 2008 Ford truck for sale. The truck was seized as part of an investigation. It is Pa. titled to the Lycoming County DA's office. The truck runs with a jump, is drivable off the lot but is NOT inspected and would not pass inspection without extensive work which includes breaks, tires exhaust and body work including a windshield to pass PA state inspection. Mileage is unknown. I have included photo's of the rust and have provided as much information as is available for the vehicle. Bidders are encouraged to make an appointment to inspect the truck by calling (570) 327-7549 M-F 0800-1500. This vehicle is sold "AS IS" no exceptions.
Buyer will be required to do title transfer prior to taking possession of the truck.
PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BY CERTIFIED CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO LYCOMING COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE. NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Buyer has 10 days from auction end to complet the sale and take possession of the vehicle.
