Within 10 business days (excluding holidays) of the close of the auction the successful bidder shall execute a Lease Agreement and Hold Harmless Indemnification Agreement with the Borough of Beach Haven, Municipal Clerk, 300 Engleside Ave., Beach Haven, NJ 08008. On June 1 the successful bidder may take possession of the property with the lease term expiring on May 31 annually. If the lease agreement is not executed within 10 business days of the close of the auction and no other special arrangements have been made with the Beach Haven Municipal Clerk, the property shall be offered to the next highest bidder or re-offered for lease by auction. The default bidder will be disqualified by Municibid, prohibited from participating in any other Beach Haven auctions and shall be subject to a default bidder fee. Ownership of Multiple Slips Not Permitted - An individual, a firm or partnership owned in any part by said individual, a corporation or association in which said individual has any ownership interest, and a corporation or association under the same or different names in which said individual has any ownership interest shall not be able to win more than one (1) slip.
