THREE (3) DOUBLE MODULAR CLASSROOM TRAILERS

The modular classroom units contain 1,848 s/f each (two assembled sections containing two classrooms each) located at the Chelsea Heights School.  Titles are held by the Atlantic City Board of Education.  Trailers were purchased and installed in 1998.  The number of stories for each unit is one (1).  The foundation is made of temporary concrete block piers supporting a steel frame.  Exterior walls are Texture III.  Windows are Eastman siding aluminum, double insulated casement windows with screens.  The layout consists of two classrooms per each 28 ft x 66ft unit; each unit consists of two 14ft x 66 ft sections; each classroom measures 28 ftx 33ft; all dimensions are exterios.  Floors have wall to wall carpeting and VCT.  Walls have vinyl covering.  Ceilings are T-bar suspended "Celotex" ceiling tiles in a 2ft x 4ft grid.  Recess flourescent lighting fixtures.  Electric heat pump for heating system and air conditioning.  Electric is 120/220 Volt; 200 Amp Service.  Restroom fixtures include one handicap accessible per classroom with finishes of vinyl tile follor, vinyl walls, T-Bar suspended celotex ceiling, one sink and one toilet.  The modulars are in average condition for the age of 23 years for the exterior and interior conditions.
