1954 Cat Diesel Model 12 Road Grader

Motor runs great.  All tires are in good condition.  Log of repairs and oil changes are available.  Only used a few times/year and was purchased by the Borough in 2008.

Currrent condition:  Transmission problem, possibly throw out bearing or fork to the throw out bearing.  The clutch pedal went to the floor and does not spring back now.
