All items must be removed within fourteen(14) business days of the close of the auction or ownership shall revert back to the Township of Morris. Proof of payment in full as well as a driver’s license number or corporate code number (if a dealer) must be provided to obtain the title. In accordance with the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicle regulations, vehicles cannot be removed from Township property until proof of an insurance card and registration card(if applicable) is shown for the vehicle. Keys to vehicles will be released upon proof of an insurance and registration card (if applicable). Titles and keys may be picked up in the Administrator’s Office, Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue, Morristown, NJ before picking up the vehicle/ equipment at another location in the Township, listed under "pick-up location".
