All items must be purchased and removed within fourteen (14) business days of the close of the auction or ownership shall revert back to the Township of Morris.
Payment in full as well as a driver’s license number or corporate code number (if a dealer) must be provided to obtain the title, keys, and/or vehicle. In accordance with the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicle regulations, vehicles cannot be removed from Township property until proof of an insurance card and registration card (if applicable) is shown for the vehicle. Payment will be made in the Administrator’s Office, Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue, Morristown, NJ, as well as title and key pick up.
The Township of Morris reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
