Bank Barn

The Township is selling a large bank barn in "as Is" condition located on Township property. The sale is for the structure only( Does not include land)  and must be removed in it's entirety from the property within 6 months of bid acceptance. A certificate of insurance is required and all permits paid by bidder when removing the barn. The barn was built approximately in 1891 and the approximate square footage is 5,670 sq. ft. The Upper Bern Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept any such bid they deem to be in the best interest of the Township. The bid will be awarded at the August 12, 2021 Board of Supervisor's meeting.
