Property must be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Pickup hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 am or 3:00 pm. The loading of material will be the responsibility of the winner of the auction.
Removal Instructions:
The asset must be removed within 10 working days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to a $40 storage fee per calendar day or forfeiture. The removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
