The truck is in fair condition. There is a hole in the driver side floorboard from rust, and passenger side door handle is missing. Lights and logo has been removed already.

If required by law or upon the successful bidder’s request, the successful bidder shall remove any fire identifiers including graphics, lights, or siren components. A successful bidder who requests such accessories to remain on the vehicle will agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Mooresville, Indiana for any actions or damages that may result. The Town will not provide any financing for the purchase of the vehicle. All financing must be independently secured with payment made in full to the Town of Mooresville at or before the time of sale by a payment method acceptable to the Town of Mooresville. Transfer of title to the vehicle shall be by quitclaim bill of sale, and there are no warranties of any kind. The successful bidder shall be responsible for reporting any applicable sales tax. The Town of Mooresville has the right to reject the final bid or cancel or withdraw an auction for any reason within its sole and absolute discretion.
