For sale is this 2008 Ford Expedition EL 4x4. Currently has 54,410 miles. Vehicle was used as department command vehicle. The vehicle did not pass PA State Inspection due to frame rust. Attached are pictures of both driver and passenger side frame that are rusted through. Other than that the vehicle is in good condition.
