Provide Payment within 5 days of conclusion of auction and Removal of the equipment within 10 days after the the payment clears. Storage Fee's shall be charged per day for everyday beyond 10 days B. Provide the necessary equipment, tools and labor to remove the equipment from Town Property. C. Remove the equipment safely and in accordance with applicable local, state and federal highway and transportation requirements. D. Be solely responsible for the removal of the equipment. E. Be responsible for any individual that may accompany the winning bidder, that is on Town property, and is properly trained and/or licensed for the task they are performing. F. Be responsible for taking any and all necessary reasonable fire safety precautions at all times. PAYMENT TERMS All dollar figures are stated in U.S. Dollars.
