Winning bid will be awarded at the regularly scheduled Board meeting of Hereford Township Supervisors on Tuesday October 5, 2021 at 7:30pm. Payment to the Township of full amount of the successful bid by certified check or money order shall be made within fifteen (15) days of notice from the Township of awarding of bid. Successful bidder must remove the equipment from the Hereford Township Maintenance Garage within fifteen (15) days of awarding the bid. The Hereford Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All sales shall be made “as is” “where is” basis.
The truck can not be driven. The transmission is slipping and it will not move. It will need to be towed. The engine runs great with low miles, It has the 7.3L Powerstroke which is a very reliable engine. The drivers side rocker panel was repaired due to rust. The front bumper supprts need to be repaired because of rust. It is plumbed for a salt sperader. The state inspection ran out in May 2021.
