The district is not responsible for the items once they have left district property.

Sayreville Public Schools, as Seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale items being sold "AS IS"

Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form bidding contracts as buyers.  The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.  The District reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest eligible bidder.

Pictures represent listed equipment however additional equipment may be visible in the picture that is not listed. Some items listed are not visible in the listed pictures.

Removal

The asset must be removed within 10 days of close of auction. Any asset paid for but not picked up within 10 working days will be subject to forfeiture. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including special packing, loading and transportation of the property.

Special Instructions

Items offered for sale are used and identified as no longer functional and beyond repair.

The quantity of items in the Lot are not guaranteed and may contain errors. 

This lot is being offered for sale "AS IS - WHERE IS". No guarantees or warranties. Assets may contain defects not readily apparent or known.

These are USED assets, being offered as ONE LOT ONLY. Winning bidder must remove entire LOT. Individual items are not on pallets and will need to be removed as individual items by the seller. Seller will not assist in hand loading or placing in containers or on pallets. Winning bidder must remove items during approved operation hours of school district.  Hours will differ by pickup location, and will be provided to winning bidder. Any individual picking up assets will be subject to school district security and safety procedures and clearance prior to being allowed on district grounds.
