1978 Ford 2000 Gallon Vacuum Tanker. Gas engine. Air brakes. 39,000 GVWR. Locking rear differential. Exterior cabinets have significant rust but body and frame are in great condition. New tires and rims installed in 2012. Vehicle inspected weekly by fire department staff and twice annually at a licensed truck facility. One of the annual inspections covered DOT requirements. Maintenance records are on file. Vacuum pump does not work. Repair/eplacement of the pump was not cost effective for the fire department. Vehicle has been in service as a mobile water tender until recently replacedby a new apparatus (9/2021).
The following items are not included in purchase but currently shown in the pictures. Items are to be removed and use on replacement fire engine.
