Dayton 12 Tubeaxial Fan, model 4C659 with complentary Dayon 1/3 HP motor, model 4K928. This blower system was part of a vent for our paint storage area that has been converted into a conventional storage area and that no longer needs a vent. The blower was removed in working order.
