2010 International 7400 single axle plow truck

65,927 miles, Poor condition, runs and drives, AC, AT, cruise control, PW, PL, PM, power driver seat. Tires are at 15/32". Interior stained, both power mirrors are inop, panel cracked above passenger side visor, dash plastic cover over gauges cracked. Front plow mount bent, clearance light on driver side cab roof is inop, rear corner lights flash with 4-ways on, air horn is inop, reverse light is inop, outside air tank has a pin hole on bottom (recommend replacing both air tanks), front axle shocks need to be replaced, power steering gear box leaks, PTO cover on trans leaks, will need rear axle brakes and drums along with rear slack adjusters, hydraulic hose  under transmission shows wear, tarp ripped and does not go in or out, step on passenger side to look into hopper is rusted through, hopper is rusted on the corners at rear under toolboxes and is in poor shape.
