IN-700 Postage meter Mailing System 7 years old

The Town of Stoneham recently replaced their Neopost, now Quadient, IN-700 Postage mailing system.  The unit is 7 years old and works well.  The dynamic scale is in need of calibration but other than that it works great.  The unit is currently dissasembled and in boxes.  You would just need to purchase a meter from Quadient and you'll be in business.
