This gas stove came out of our elementary school kitchen, so it is in great shape compared to something that might have been in a commercial restaurant. This 34" gas range with standard oven is the ideal workhorse for any busy commerical kitchen. It hasn't been really utilitzed daily so we removed it to make room for other equipment. The stove and oven were fully functioning at the time we removed it. The specs for the stove are below. I'm not positive of the age of the stove. Our last renovation was in 1999 and the stove might have been new then.
