METHOD OF PREMOVAL

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (24) HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED.  The Purchaser must provide an appropriate truck capable of accepting this equipment listed for sale .  The CTA will assist & ensure that the equipment is accessible for loading from ground level.  Removal must occur between the hours of 7-2pm.  Monday, Wednesday, & Friday pickups only. 

For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), bill of lading (for transport or shipping company), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License). 

INSPECTION: THE RESPONSIBILITY TO DETERMINE THE CONDITION OF THE EQUIPMENT RESTS WITH THE BIDDER. PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO INSPECT THE ITEM(S) PRIOR TO BIDDING AND SUBMIT BIDS BASED SOLELY ON THEIR PERSONEL INSPECTION AND EVALUATION.

Equipment sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS", Removal from the listed location shall be by an appropriate truck capable of handling the complete load from its current location.
