2006 BLUE BIRD SCHOOL BUS 45 PASSERNGER BUS WITH WHEEN CHAIR LIFT 

• Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between bidder and The Rutherford Board of Education.
• Sold “AS IS - WHERE IS” condition without express or implied warranties. No adjustments, credits or refunds.  All sales are final. 
• The Rutherford Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any bids submitted. 
• Winning bidder has five (5) business days to pay for and have item removed from date of the notice of award or the Rutherford Board of Education reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder.  Payment will only be accepted in person at time of removal, in the form of certified check or money order payable to the Rutherford Board of Education.  Refunds will not be given for the item if not picked up by the deadline.  Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the item.  Delivery is not available.  The Rutherford Board of Education is not responsible for the item once it has left the RBOE property. 
• Buyers are encouraged to inspect the item prior to submitting a bid.  Appointments for inspection must be scheduled in advance and must be between the hours of 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. No appointments will be made during the weekend.  To schedule an appointment please call the Rutherford Recreation Department at (201) 460-3015.
