2008 Supreme 900T Enviro Mixer
• Hours – 4446 (of use at our facility), 1959 (hours on rebuilt motor)
• Recent Uses at CSWD ODF – Mixing compost inputs into a recipe on a daily or near-daily basis.
• Extra auger is included.
• Modifications – Hydraulic system is set up to be run with 3-phase electric rather than via a pump powered by the diesel engine.
• Known Issues – None - Engine was rebuilt in 2017 following issues caused by a malfunction in the hydraulic system. We were advised to separate the hydraulic system from the diesel engine and haven’t had any issues since doing so. The motor alone was $22,500 when rebuilt.
Apart from the new engine and entirely new hydraulic system in 2017, we’ve hard faced the augers multiple times, replaced knives on the augers, replaced the drum liner once (will need it again in the next year or two of use), rebuilt the discharge bed chain conveyor, replaced the bed chain and sprockets, replaced the clutch pack, and replaced a seal on the orbital gear.
