Winning Bidder shall submit payment in full with a Certified Bank Check, Business Check or Cash within 5-days of ending bid date, unless arrangements are made otherwise. The vehicle shall be removed from town property within 15-days. The vehicle is being sold "As Is" and there is no warranty or refunds.
